Apps for chat:
iPhone – Load on your iPhone to chat with webpage visitors that click on the chat button
Android – Load on your Android Phone to chat with webpage visitors that click on the chat button
Windows – Load on your Windows Computer to chat with webpage visitors that click on the chat button
Web – Login to your account (Once it is created) to chat with webpage visitors that click on the chat button
Shorcuts:
You can create, and use Shortcuts (canned responses) to answer common questions by simply typing/followed by a keyword. For example, you could type /hello to quickly send the visitor the text: “Hello how can we help you today?”
- To create a new shortcut, click on Admin at the bottom left -hand sidebar of the Dashboard
- Click on Shortcuts
- Click the Green Add Shortcut Button at the Top Right of this screen to Add a New Shortcut
Edit your profile:
- Log-in to Your Dashboard
- Go to My Profile (top right-hand corner of the dashboard) and select Edit Profile.
